OFFER OF UNIQUE VALUE

Loofah is the only plant material used in loofah sponges with a natural, unmodified texture, making loofah sponges the most popular.

All other plant materials – cotton, bamboo, sisal, cellulose, flax, nettle and konjac – are used in loofah sponges in a recycled form.

The sea sponge used in its natural form is a product of animal origin. But loofah sponges available on the international market do not meet the conditions for their safe use.

The problem is the following

In other countries, loofah with thickened fibers and a significant thickness of the fruit wall is grown. This is a loofah with a high weave density, rigidity and low capillarity of the fibers that form the fruit wall. Despite the artificial reduction in the thickness of the loofah layer used by many manufacturers, such sponge does not swell and does not become elastic in water, has a harsh effect on the skin and often irritates it, does not have the property of through washing and through ventilation.

Fine-fiber loofah has a delicate cleansing, exfoliating, massaging and lymphatic drainage effect, high foaming, does not irritate and is suitable for all skin types.

However, despite the unique functional properties of fine-fiber loofah, until now, loofahs made of fine-fiber loofah could not take a leading position in the global market. The reason is that loofahs made of fine-fiber loofah in their design repeated the traditional design of ordinary loofahs made of hard dense loofah.

Traditional design of loofah sponges

The traditional loofah-based design of sponges, generally accepted by manufacturers around the world, includes a layer of foam rubber that prevents them from being washed through with water and forms a dirty, non-washable, non-ventilated and non-drying layer inside the product that is favorable for the growth of bacteria, leading to the appearance of a moldy and rotten smell, which negatively affects human health.

As a result, consumers who know that such sponges contain dirt from previous use classify them as disposable items, but the uninformed average consumer, using the product many times, constantly risks his health by coming into contact with a product that has turned into a favorable environment for the growth of bacteria.

Attempts to solve this problem, undertaken by companies specializing in the production of sponges and inventors, including those in Japan, involved the use of hard loofah with a high fiber density and were unsuccessful.

For this reason, at present, the need for sponges that do not leave dirt and dry quickly after use is met only by using sponges made of thin mesh fabric.

At the same time, world leaders in the production of sponges made of mesh fabric recognize the uniqueness of natural plant material. For example, the Japanese company AISEN, which has specialized in the production of sponges since 1946, produces sponges made of nylon threads "with a loofah effect".

The cost of such a roundabout way of satisfying the need for a clean sponge is high - this happens despite the predisposition of buyers to choose and purchase sponges made of natural plant material. This problem is solved with the help of a patented innovative sponge Luffacci, which is reflected in the key advantages of the product.
